  These people are rude nearly every time we go there. We are forced to go here by Hyundai for warranty. They never have our vehicle ready on time after service and have been upset with us about being 20 minutes late (even after we called them to advise them we would be late and they had no problem with it on the phone). On other occasions they have no problem being 40 minutes late with with completing the vehicle service. They have no courtesy car. When my wife arrived yesterday for her service she was visibly sick with a cold and carrying a baby. She was turned away from her appointment because they refused to take the car saying they'd already started working on another and apparently can only do one at a time. She was offered a possible time later in the day but since it was a maybe and she was sick and carrying a baby she was not able to take that. Their waiting area has no facilities for a baby and it simply not suitable for my wife be forced to get a taxi or be forced to spend the day at McDonald's across the road.

  We bought a brand new Avida Esperance motorhome 18 months ago for $186,000 from Country Motor Company. It went into limp home mode on the day of purchase on the way home and has done so 13 times since! We had to have it towed twice as a result. Now our retirement investment sits in our driveway and we can't drive it for fear of causing an accident. After contacting Country Motor Company numerous times to try and get a resolution, their solution was for us to go to fair trading... absolutely no support and completely unreliable - DO NOT BUY AN AVIDA FROM HERE!
