    We ordered and paid a deposit for a security screen door 26/6/14 were told 2 weeks delivery.Door delivered 30/7/14 made to the wrong measurements they admitted their fault have now been waiting 8 weeks for delivery of door and we are just getting excuse after excuse. 20/8/14 we have now cancelled this order and we will be going elsewhere.

    BUYER BEWARE - My mother had 4 roller shutters installed by these people, one stopped working after 2 years. Have spent months on the phone trying to get them out to repair it - they are not interested. Very very poor after sales service.

    Update:22/8/14 after cancelling the order they have finally delivered and installed door but still not finished surround to come. Product seems good but they need to improve their very poor customer service.

    Absolutely satisfied with our two new custom made security screen doors. Honest and friendly service, faultlessly crafted product, professionally installed and extremely good value for money. I feel that Dolphin Screens have under-promised and over-delivered. One happy customer :)
